Service Description
We have several different locations on Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens to tour, and offer pickup locations in Portland and Hood River depending on the trip you select. Don't see a date that works for you? Message us to get one set up! -Pocket Creek is our Very Beginner tour, with less than 200 ft of elevation gain, you'll enjoy the snow-capped forest without climbing. -White River adds a little bit more climbing, with views of the river and snow covered forest. You'll have an opportunity to try out several uphill techniques. -Marble Mountain/ June Lake is our most challenging and longest distance snowshoe tour at just under 5 miles and 650 ft of elevation gain. This is still a beginner's level course for those that hike often and are used to hiking uphill, but have never done so with snow. Pickup location for this tour is the Woodland Park & Ride What to bring: Warm Layers (no cotton/no denim) Small backpack Snacks Water bottle Waterproof outer layer Waterproof Shoes Warm socks (wool recommended) Change of dry clothes for the journey home Snowshoes, Trekking poles, & Headlamps provided. Additional loaner clothing may be available, inquire before you book. Questions or concerns? Reach out! We want you to feel safe and excited about your trip, we're here for all of your pre-trip questions. *Please note, We do our best to stick to the scheduled return time, however winter mountain driving conditions may cause us to return later than expected. We recommend choosing a day where you do not have tight time constraints so you can relax and enjoy!

Cancellation Policy
We are a small business AND we understand things come up, we strive to find a happy medium to keep our guests happy and keep our small business able to operate. Once your activity is booked, our guides set aside their time to guide your activity, and they count on guiding for their income. To keep our guides and our clients happy, please double check your calendar before you press that BOOK button. If you know you won't be able to make your activity or are running later, we kindly request that you notify us ASAP. Our guides will wait up to 15 minutes, late arrivals or no shows will not be refunded (call us if you are running late) as our other clients also want to get the time they paid for. -Cancellations made 7 days+ in advance will be eligible for a one time fee transfer to a new activity or date. -Cancellations made 6 days- 49 hours before your activity will be eligible for a refund minus a $100 fee to cover admin fees and compensation for your guide. -Cancellations made 48 hours or less will not be eligible for refund or transfer. By booking a guided activity, you agree to these cancellation terms.
